looking for an experienced and detail-oriented administrative professional to support a creative and engaging marketing department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Database entry, clean-up and management
· Prepare mailing lists for print or email communications
· Process mailings and/or email blasts
· Introduce and maintain organizational systems, including filing and scanning
· Relieve marketing management of additional administrative tasks, as needed – to potentially include: research, typing, proofreading, correspondence, faxes and filing
Qualifications
· Previous experience in an office setting required
· Technically literate with strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, and other commonly used software
· Must be Mac proficient
· Good Internet skills, including use of email programs
· Solid organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, punctuation and spelling
· Self starter who can work independently
· Able to balance priorities and workload, with excellent time-management skills
· Able to follow directions
· Must be dependable and punctual
· Demonstrates maturity and discretion
· Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
