A dining experience for all seasons, BLT Market redefines casual elegance and sophistication. The menu rotates monthly and focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients available in farmers’ markets, paying particular attention to unusual, wild and locally grown items. The signature BLT blackboard menu is updated weekly with selections that highlight first-of-the-season produce.
HORCHATA DE NUEVA YORK
Horchata de Nueva York brings to life the food, fun and festivity of Mexico in the heart of Greenwich Village. Horchata’s menu pays homage to classic regional Mexican cuisine, with a playful, contemporary twist, while traditional Mexican baubles, cultural icons and art installations add a splash of color to the reclaimed wood bar, exposed brick and distressed tin ceiling, creating a warm, intimate space reminiscent of a Mexican hacienda.
Juni is Chef Shaun Hergatt’s boutique restaurant celebrating the height of the season, located in New York City’s Flatiron neighborhood. An intimate affair between the guest and the chef, the 50-seat restaurant will offer a seasonally evolving menu that will showcase the bounty of the harvest and ingredients when they are at their freshest and finest. Juni derives its name from the Latin word for “June,” the heart of the season.
With a nod to the Tuscan city of Florence, The Florentine offers an elegant yet accessible interpretation of seasonal Italian cuisine. The Wayfarer is an American seafood grill featuring artisanal seafood and steak cuisine by Executive Chef Braden Reardon and custom craft cocktails by mixologist Christian Sanders of Evelyn Drinkery. The bi-level restaurant and lounge is located at the Quin, a luxury lifestyle hotel that opened November 2013. Designed by Meyer Davis Studio, The Wayfarer offers a variety of dining experiences including a grand parlor, a dining lounge and three private dining rooms.
